Samples

We will make samples and price them as mass production prices. Any extra cost that we spend, will be charged separately as set-up cost.

If during sample production, it is required to make wax and mold, we will add this again as an additional setup cost.

We also will charge a sample fee of 100% of the price that was charged on point 1 above, but it will be refunded if the items are ordered without any significant change.

We won’t charge a sample fee as point 3 above, if the sample continues to the production stage right away.

Orders

Order a minimum of 30 units per style, and 10 units per style color (if with stone).
US $ 500 minimum sales total per order.
Orders are generally completed within one month. Small orders may be completed in less.

Special Services

At minimal added cost, we can ship products with your packaging, attach UPC labels, and assemble packaged assortments for your customers.
We can drop ship directly to your customers.

Payments

A 50% deposit of the projected shipped total is due upon acceptance of an order.
The balance of the total is due immediately before shipment is made.

Prices

All prices are in US Dollars

Due to our low margins and the fluctuating costs of materials, prices may change at any time.
After we receive your order we quote you the prices for the items on the order as soon as possible. We then await your confirmation. Prices are only good for one week. If we receive your confirmation within one week your prices are locked in for that order.

Shipping

We usually ship either UPS FedEx or DHL.  We will ship with the carrier as per your designation if you have a preference.
For on-sale items, we use the best way.
We bill our customers the full cost of shipping. Upon request, we will bill your account but be advised in most situations for you it is cheaper for us to pay here in Asia than to bill your account. This is because promotional boxes are billed locally at a cheaper rate.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not satisfied with any portion of our shipments, we will authorize you to return the goods at our expense (shipping costs). We will then issue full credit for the returned goods.

Take steps to protect your sterling items by keeping them in airtight packages, using tarnish-resistant products (such as tarnish tabs or strips) that absorb harmful chemicals, and storing sterling findings in a cool, dry place. Most tarnish is easily removed by polishing with a mild abrasive or soaking in an anti-tarnish solution.
